If you want to unsubscribe from a list or edit the delivery options for a campus mailing list, or just find out which lists you belong to, you need to know your mailing list password. Follow the steps below to find your password.

1. First go to the campus mailing list info page at http://www.southwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo
2. Find a list you know you belong to and click on the link for that list.
3. In the next page, the info page for the list, scroll to the bottom and look for this line, “To unsubscribe from, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address:”
4. In the field below this line, enter your email address and click on the button, “Unsubscribe or edit options.”
5. On the next page displayed, near the bottom, click on the “Remind” button.
6. You will receive an e-mail with your list password.

If you want to unsubscribe from Campus Notices, follow the directions below:

1. First, go to this URL: http://www.southwestern.edu/cn
2. You will be prompted for your email username (the part before the @ sign) and your email password.
3. At the next page, which is the main Campus Notices page, look on the left for the button, “Subscribe to Campus Notices.” Click on this button.
4. On the subscription page, uncheck the boxes next to the group names you don’t want to be subscribed to any more. Click on the “Subscribe to Campus Notices” button to complete the process.

If you wish to leave a campus mailing list, follow the steps below:

1. First, go to this URL: http://www.southwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo
2. Browse the page until you find the list you want to unsubscribe from. Click on the link for that list.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the subscribers section of the page.
4. Look for the sentence, “To unsubscribe from , get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address:”
5. Enter your email address below this and click on the button, “Unsubscribe or edit options.”
6. A page will load where you can unsubscribe by clicking on the button, “Unsubscribe”.
7. An email will be sent to you asking for confirmation. Follow the steps in the email to complete the unsubscription.

To join one of the campus mailing lists, follow the steps below:

1. First, go to this URL: http://www.southwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo.
2. Browse the page until you find a list you want to join. Click on the link for that list.
3. You will be taken to an information page about the list. If you want to subscribe to the list, enter your email address where it asks, your full name if you like (this is optional), and a password where it asks. You can also decide whether or not you want a single daily digest email of all that day’s list correspondence or if you want the default, which is individual messages.
4. Click on the Subscribe button when done.
5. You will receive an email message with a confirmation code and URL.
6. Confirm the subscription by either email or by clicking on the provided URL.
7. If you used the URL, you will be taken to a page where you can either cancel the subscription or you can verify it.
8. If you verified it, the next page takes you to a list login page. On this page, enter your password and click on the button, “Log in”.
9. Now you can edit your membership information, see other mailing lists you belong to, and change other aspects of your list membership.

Southwestern maintains a number of mailing lists for various campus groups, classes, etc. To find out which campus lists you are on, follow the steps below:

1. First go to this URL to see the list of campus lists:
   http://www.southwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo.
2. Look for a mailing list you know you belong to. Click on the link for that list and on the next page, scroll down to the bottom section for list subscribers.
3. Enter your email address and password for the list and click on the button, “Visit Subscriber List.”
4. On the next page, click on your email address. This takes you to your configuration page for the list. On this page, is a button labeled, “List my other subscriptions.”
5. Click on this button to see all the mailing lists you are subscribed to.

If you have an XBox 360 in your room on campus and want to use it on the network, you need to provide Apogee with the MAC address. Here’s how to find it:

• Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the Xbox Guide button on your controller. This is the silver button in the center of the controller with a green “X” on it.
• Now press the Y button to enter the Xbox 360 Dashboard.
• In the Dashboard, go to System.
• Select Network Settings and then select Edit Settings.
• Select Additional Settings.
• Select Advanced Settings.
• At the bottom of the screen you’ll see Wired MAC Address. This is what you want to write down and give to Apogee.
